April Gagne (Lakeville, MA)

Although I had previously stayed at this hotel, my second visit was not as well as the first one. Our credit card was forgotten at the desk (not assigning any blame here) and then it was put in the "safe" and we could not get it back all weekend!! They refused to call that person in for us. They in fact had to send it to us when we got home because we were checking out on a Sunday. The manager was not ver helpful. But after all of this I am still going to give the Holiday Inn another try!!
